If the seat has NOT been used, the seat can be returned in its original packaging with all of the tags and manuals within 10 days from the receipt of product.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and a restocking fee below.

We will refund the cost of the seat once the quality control department has completed their inspection.
To process a return please contact our customer service department. We will require the order number and receipt or proof of purchase to confirm the purchase was made at shop.clekinc.com.
If the seat is damaged at the time of purchase/arrival, we will happily send a replacement and provide a label for you to return the seat. Please provide photos, Manufacturing Date and Serial Number for our records.
